You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines. You'll need a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and a government-issued ID for identity verification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card). Only one account per person is allowed — duplicate accounts will be suspended.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address or mobile number and we'll send you a password reset link or OTP. Follow the steps to create a new password. Yes, you can update your contact details from within your account settings after logging in. For security purposes, changing your email or mobile number requires re-verification. You may also need to submit a valid ID to confirm the change. Contact support if you encounter any issues during the update process.

Standard OKBer account verification is usually completed within a few hours. During peak registration periods, it can take up to 24 hours. Make sure you have submitted a clear, readable copy of your ID. Blurry or cropped images are the most common cause of delays. If verification takes longer than 24 hours, please reach out to our support team for an update.

Deposits

OKBer accepts all major Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are secured with SSL encryption.

The minimum deposit on OKBer is ₱100, regardless of which payment method you use. This low entry point means you don't need a big bankroll to get started — sulit talaga for casual players and serious bettors alike.

Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are almost always reflected in your OKBer wallet within a few seconds to a few minutes. InstaPay transfers are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals

Log in to your OKBer account, go to your wallet, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred payout channel — GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, or your linked bank account — enter the amount, and confirm the request. You'll receive a confirmation notification once your withdrawal is processed.

Most OKBer withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually completed on the same business day. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours are processed on the next working day. VIP members enjoy priority processing across all payout channels.

Withdrawals can be temporarily placed on hold if your account identity verification is incomplete, if there is a pending active bonus with wagering requirements attached to your balance, or if the security team has flagged unusual activity for review. Check your account notifications for any required actions. If the hold is unexpected, contact support immediately.

The minimum withdrawal on OKBer is ₱200. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000. Verified accounts and VIP members enjoy significantly higher limits — up to ₱500,000 per transaction depending on your account tier. Contact support if you need to request a limit increase.

Once a bet is confirmed on OKBer, it cannot be cancelled or edited under standard circumstances. This policy applies to both pre-match and in-play bets.
