Okber may request identity verification at any point — upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals paused until verification is completed.

Okber offers pre-match and live in-play markets across PBA, international football, boxing, esports, and other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — unless a clear pricing error has occurred.
Okber reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, match postponement, event cancellation, technical errors affecting market integrity, or evidence of suspicious betting patterns. Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the player's wallet. Okber's decision on voided bets is final.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are available within the Okber betting interface. Bets resulting in winnings that exceed the stated maximum will be paid up to the applicable cap only.
All casino games on Okber — including Color Game, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, bingo, and live dealer tables — use certified random number generators or verified live game infrastructure. Results are independently audited to ensure fairness.
Each game on the Okber platform has its own rules, paytable, and return-to-player information. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these before placing any wager. The rules displayed within the game interface are the authoritative rules for that specific title.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or casino round, Okber's server-side records govern the outcome. If a round was in progress at the time of disconnection and has been settled by the server, the result stands. If a round was interrupted before outcome determination, the stake may be returned at Okber's discretion following investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by Okber are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Most Okber bonuses are subject to a wagering or rollover requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x) applied to the bonus amount. All wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.
All Okber bonuses carry an expiry period specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account. Wagering requirements must also be completed within this period.

Okber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules, and to forfeit any balance held in such accounts where the breach involved financial gain through prohibited means.
Okber employs multiple layers of fraud detection and account security monitoring. Any activity suspected of being fraudulent — including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, bonus stacking, chip dumping, or money laundering — will result in immediate account suspension, a full investigation, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal dispute with your payment provider without first contacting Okber support constitutes a breach of these Terms. Okber reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts through legal means and to permanently ban accounts that pursue fraudulent chargebacks.
Okber is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's own failure to maintain account security. However, Okber will investigate reports of unauthorised account access and take appropriate action where security vulnerabilities on the platform side are identified.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms involving financial gain through prohibited means, Okber reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the balance in that account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any available balance will be returned through the player's verified payment method.
Players who wish to close their Okber account voluntarily may contact support at any time. Before requesting closure, any pending bets should be settled and any withdrawal of available balance should be initiated. Okber will process the closure request once these steps are completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Okber's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Okber is not liable for:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
